Our club wants to sanction USRA-IR50/50 matches. What's the deal?

There are a few range requirements defined in the rules. Meeting those requirements, the rest is easy. Develop a match schedule, determine a point of contact and give us a call or send a letter/email.  All and any inquiries are welcome.
