Hall of Fame points will only be awarded for State/Regional Championships that have a minimum of ten shooters competing in each of all five classes contested (Unlimited: each of all four classes contested). There must be a minimum of ten clubs at the end of the year who have contested the SOTY for points to be awarded for the National titles. SOTY matches must have a minimum of four competitors competing in each of all three classes (Unlimited: shooting each of all three targets) to be eligible for SOTY grand aggregate scores. Hall of Fame points will be compiled at the end of each year. Hall of Fame points are a permanent recognition of a competitor's accomplishments. Points will be awarded as follows:

Shooters who qualify for each level of the Hall of Fame will have their names inscribed on the Official United States Rimfire Association Hall of Fame plaques.
